New Requirements & SOPs
Saudi Culture Mission has updated their attestation requirements. Please ensure all documents meet the following criteria:
Required Documents:
From company attested from Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Saudi Foreign Office
- Should not be older than one year
- Date must be mentioned on contract letter
- Hand-written contracts will NOT be accepted
From Company to Saudi Culture Mission Islamabad attested from Saudi Chamber of Commerce
- Should not be older than one year
- Date must be mentioned on request letter
From University stating the candidate was a "Regular Student" (this term MUST be mentioned)
Prior attested by HEC & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan
Bank challan/voucher (student copy) from university
(if the candidate is in Pakistan - must be presented at Saudi Culture Office)
Email Verification: As per new rules, Saudi Culture verifies your degree from the university via email. You need to submit the university verification fee and attach the voucher/bank challan with your documents.
Processing Time & Important Notes
Processing Duration:
- Minimum 6 to 8 weeks - depends on university reply to Saudi Culture
- Universities must respond to Saudi Culture's email verification
- Processing cannot be expedited due to email verification requirement
Critical Requirements:
- By laws of Saudi Culture Mission, you cannot send this courier to anywhere else
- Name of applicant and father's name should be same on ALL documents
- Any mismatch will result in case objection
- HEC objection correction charges are applicable if issues arise
