1. Degree Attestation from UAE/Dubai Embassy
After receiving your job offer, your company will request a verified degree from the UAE Embassy in Pakistan. Here's what you need to know:
Procedure for Degree Attestation:
- Applies to both MASTERS DEGREE and BACHELORS DEGREE
- Degree must be attested from HEC (Higher Education Commission)
- Degree must be verified from MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
- These two attestations are mandatory before UAE Embassy attestation
Supporting Documents Required:
- Color valid passport (Copy)
- Color CNIC (Copy)
- Original degree prior attested from HEC and MOFA
- Name should be same on Passport, CNIC & Degree
2. Intermediate & Matric Certificate Attestation
Getting your Intermediate or Matric certificate attested requires the following procedure:
Attestation Procedure:
- Both INTERMEDIATE and MATRIC certificates follow the same procedure
- Certificates must be attested from IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen)
- Certificates must be verified from MOFA
Supporting Documents Required:
- Color valid passport (Copy)
- Color CNIC (Copy)
- Original certificate prior attested from IBCC and MOFA
- Name should be same on Passport, CNIC and Certificates
3. Nikah Nama Attestation from UAE Embassy
Nikah Nama in Urdu will be attested, but you need to get it translated in both Urdu and English on a single page so that both papers can be attested.
Important: One Urdu Nikah Nama and one translation from Foreign Office, then attestation from UAE Embassy.
Supporting Documents:
- Color passport copy of husband and wife
- Color CNIC copy of husband and wife
- Wife's ID card and passport should be on husband's name
4. Marriage Registration Certificate Attestation
As per UAE law, your Marriage Certificate must be attested from the UAE Embassy in Pakistan. These attested documents provide legal proof of your relationship and enable you to process your family visa.
Procedure:
- MRC issued by Union Council
- Must be prior attested by MOFA
- Then attested by UAE Embassy
Supporting Documents:
- Color passport copy of husband and wife
- Color CNIC copy of husband and wife
- Wife CNIC and passport should be on husband's name
5. Birth Certificate Attestation from UAE Embassy
Birth Certificate Attestation from UAE Embassy is essential for family visa processing. It provides legal proof of your children to the UAE government.
Attestation Process:
- Birth Certificate issued by Union Council of your area
- Attestation from Ministry of Foreign Office
- Attestation from UAE Consulate
Supporting Documents:
- Color passport copy of husband and wife
- Color CNIC copy of husband and wife
- Passport copy of children
- Wife CNIC and passport should be on husband's name
Note: B-Form will NOT be attested from UAE/Dubai Embassy. Birth Certificate for each child will be attested separately.
6. School Leaving Certificate Attestation
School Leaving Certificate Attestation from UAE Embassy is compulsory if you want to register or admit your children in UAE schools for continuity of their education. It provides legal proof that your children were studying in Pakistani schools.
Procedure:
- School issues certificate on their letterhead with stamp
- Attestation from ICT/DEO/IBCC
- Certificate must be in printed form (hand-written not acceptable)
- Verification from MOFA
- Attestation from UAE Embassy/Consulate
Supporting Documents:
- Father and Mother CNIC and Passport Copy
- Passport copy of Children
7. Diploma Attestation from UAE Embassy
Only 3-year diplomas will be attested by the embassy, which require prior attestation from IBCC and MOFA.
Important: Matric certificate is compulsory to be attested by the embassy along with the diploma.
